Traditional Dermatology at its best

Skin Cancer Risk: Most people do not think much about protecting their skin, or even worse, of the possible consequences of neglecting their skin. We highly recommend the use of sunblock products, hats and other protective garments. Avoiding the UV rays will prolong the youthful look of your skin and will greatly decrease your chance of contracting any form of skin cancer. Regardless of the measures you take to protect your skin, as we age or if we are of very fair skin complexion, it is good practice to visit a dermatologist on a yearly basis for a full body check. If anything suspicious is detected, the earliest possible treatment will generally provide the best outcome.

At St. Joseph Dermpath, Dr. Jaime Tschen treats not only skin cancers, but the whole range of dermatologic diseases and has been doing so for over 25 years. Dr. Tschen's vast knowledge and experience has been recognized by his peers as he has been named as one of Houston's Top Docs numerous times.
